In a world that told her not to dream, Beulah dared to imagine a different life.

Emerging from the shadows of Jim Crow and raised alongside her nine brothers, Beulah's spirit was shaped by quiet resilience. Her journey unfolds in a powerful trio of stories that will captivate you from beginning to end.

When her daughter, Sarah, prepares to leave for college, a fierce confrontation ignites, forcing long-buried truths to the surface. Years later, the past resurfaces with a scandalous mystery: Why did Beulah's husband remarry so quickly to the enigmatic Sister Mary Wesley? This question divides her family, threatening to shatter the legacy Beulah has worked so hard to build.

At its heart, Trials of Beulah is a stunning visual and auditory tapestry. Weaving together memory and reality, Beulah must confront the ghosts of her own history, piecing together the fragments of the woman she has become.

This haunting and poetic new play by Karen D. Culley explores the unbreakable bonds of family, the weight of the legacies we inherit, and the profound courage it takes to claim your own truth.

Experience the must-see theatrical event of the season. Witness a story of resilience that will linger long after the final curtain.
